City of Delray Beach Citizen Online Service Request
This service provides a simple and efficient way for citizens to request information or report problems. An e-mail or a phone call to the city initiates a service request which enters the city system for review, prompt follow-up, and internal service auditing.
Requests placed outside of normal business hours will be addressed the following business day.
Do not use this service for an emergency or if immediate attention is needed.
